Mathematics Association Inguration



Mathematics association, “ ALEPH – NOUGHT’ of 2022 -23 academic year was inaugurated on 06/01/2023, Friday at Chandrasekhara Bharathi Seminar Hall of our college, by Dr P.V Harish Kumar, Director(S&T) and Scientist G(Retired), Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory(NPOL), Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Kochi. The programme was organized by the Mathematics department with the help of the SMART Scheme as per the following schedule Prayer - Sneha Vijayan, Dc1 maths Anna Mariya Babu, Dc2 Maths Welcome Speech – Akshay Udayan, Dc 1 Maths Presidential Address – Rajeev Velappan , Association Secretary, Dc2 Maths Introduction of the guest – Poornima Unnikrishnan, Dc3 Maths Felicitations - Dr. Preethi Nair , Principal, Sree Sankara College, Kalady Smt. A S jayasree, Retired HOD , Mathematics Dept, S S College. Lighting the lamp Inaugural Speech – Dr.P V Harish Kumar Followed by a talk on “ MATHEMATICS IN REALITY” Prize distribution - to winners of competitions held on 22/12/2022, National Mathematics day. Vote of Thanks - Sumayya M A .Dc3 Maths Comparing of the meeting was done by Najla E Jaferr, Farsana E A of Dc2 Maths The whole programme was organized and conducted by students with the assistance of Smt Uma Maheswari and the programme ended by 11.30 a.m. with the National Anthem .
