Bharatiya Bhasha Samithi - Sarala Manaka Samskrtam



Sarala Manaka Samskrtam or Simple Standard Sanskrit is a training and awareness programme organised by Bharathiya Bhasha Samithi for propagating Sanskrit and Indian lnaguages in various domains of the society and nation. The programme was jointly convened by Central Sanskrit University, Purannattukara Campus and Department of Sanskrit, Sree Sankara College Kalady. Prof.Dr.Govind Pandey, Director of the CSU Purannattukara Campus inaugurated the programme, Dr. Umesh Chandra Misra, Officer in charge of the programmes in Kerala introducted the vision and mission of the programme. Dr. M V Natesan, Professor (retd.), SSUS Kalady have taken the first session on ' Why Saralamanaka Samskrtam'. 2nd session was leaded by Dr.G.Jyotsna on 'The nature and feature of Saralamanaka Samskrtam'. Third session by Sri.V.Jyothishmayi was a training session focused on ' The practice to transform premium level Sanskrit to simple standard Sanskrit'. Fourth and last session was taken by Sri.Kiran Kumar on the 'Application of simple standard Sanskrit'. The programme was over with a valedictory session presided by Dr.Umesh Chandra Misra. 142 participants attended the programme.
