e-Governance Policy

The e-governance policy of a higher education institute refers to the set of principles, guidelines, and procedures that govern the use of electronic systems and technology to enhance administrative processes, manage student affairs and improve the overall functioning of the institution. It involves the integration of digital tools and platforms to streamline various activities, promote transparency, and provide efficient services to students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.

  4. Electronic Attendance Tracking: Electronic attendance tracking systems through LMS.
  5. Online Examination and Evaluation: Adoption of online internal examination systems to conduct assessments, quizzes, and examinations securely through LMS.
  6. Digital Resource Management: Digitization and management of educational resources, including e-books, journals, research papers, and multimedia content, ensuring their availability to the academic community through digital libraries or repositories.
